Minutes are emailed for review within seven days
We attend your meeting in person or virtually, take the minutes, tidy them up and make them available for review within seven days. If required, we can also assist with chasing up outstanding actions and preparation of the agenda with supporting board documents.
Do you have audio or video files which you need transcribing? It could be a virtual or audio meeting, a piece of dictation, a research paper or perhaps you have a video you need transcribed.
One-on-one or group training sessions on a selection of topics i.e. creating effective agendas, holding meetings with purpose, managing off topic discussions and keeping useable minutes.
There may be times you need support with taking minutes for a meeting at short notice and we're fully booked at the time of the meeting. If you record the meeting we're happy to type the minutes up from the recording. It's as simple as using a phone recording app, recording the meeting and sharing the recording via a secure file-sharing environment i.e. Dropbox.
